Hi, I'm Stephen.

I'm Stephen Dodge, a highly driven and tireless technologist that loves building unique solutions to hard problems. I've been very fortunate in my professional career to be deeply involved in many first of its kind technologies, spanning: enterprise data center products, first to market bitcoin & stablecoin payment solutions, the largest AI supercluster (xAI's 'Colossus' 1, 2, & 3) in the world, and much more.

I'm proud to possess a unique range of skills and experience from my 11+ years as a Systems & Platform Engineer at Dell Technologies where I help lead enterprise-scale deployments of NVIDIA GB200/300 AI clusters, a broad range of compute/storage/and networking infrastructure spanning PowerEdge/PowerScale/PowerMax/PowerProtect/Connectrix/ObjectScale/ and more across dynamic client environments for many Fortune 500 companies.

I’ve founded and built several startups from the ground up where I lead product development/strategy/design, cloud infrastructure, go-to-market strategy/ client delivery, B2B sales, team/business operations, venture capital/fundraising, legal, and HR. I've led my teams to deliver solutions that have processed hundreds of thousands in bitcoin payment volume for our customers and partners. I'm also extremely proud to have helped co-launch the world's first stablecoin (Depix) natively on Bitcoin's Lightning Network and to have launched the world's first fully trustless cross-chain bridge to Bitcoin's Spark Network; supporting all EVM chains, Solana, and more.

I bring creativity, grit, and limitless energy to everything I do. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family, Formula 1, sim racing, tennis, football, and tinkering with the newest tech gadgets. I'm a proud husband and father of two.
